First of all, we understand. Most people love our recipes, but it's never 100%, because people have different tastes.

If that's the case, you can use any of our hundreds of other recipes while still participating in the challenge.

​Do You Count Carbs or Other Macros?

Our meal plan and all recipes are very low carb and designed specifically to make it easy to get into ketosis. All recipes also include all nutritional info.

However, if you're just getting started, we recommend just following along and not stressing too much over macros. It's easy to get obsessed with 1 gram here or there, when what's really important is how you feel and whether you're getting the results you hope for.

We have done the work for you by providing a delicious and filling meal plan so that you don’t have to do any of the guesswork. Just purchase the ingredients, follow the meal plan, and eat real food for the next 7 days.

Do Your Recipes Include Cheese or Dairy?

No.

None of our recipes include any cheese, dairy, grains, legumes, sugar, seed oils (canola, sunflower, etc.), or any other common inflammatory ingredients.

We know that many people eat cheese on a Keto diet, but we also know that most people are sensitive to dairy. That often leads to stalls in weight loss, as well as joint stiffness and sinus problems.  Plus, cheese is very easy to overeat.

So we choose to make this challenge as healthy as possible - not just for weight loss - but also so that you're much more likely to feel better for longer.
